Who is this course for?
This course is for the enthusiastic, creative and anyone who would like to develop their artistic skills. This online course is perfect for those who cannot attend a centre. Suitable for all levels.

What can I expect to learn?
You will learn to draw and paint with a range of different media - this could include - Watercolours - Acylics - Oils - Charcoal - Pen and Wash You will produce some exciting work.

How will I know how I am progressing?
You will negotiate your objectives with the tutor at the start of the course and these will be reviewed regularly. You will record you work in a virtual sketchbook to evidence your progress and achivements. The tutor will provide developmental feedback throughout the course to ensure you get the most from your learning with ACL.

How will I learn?
The course will be delivered online LIVE via webinar using Microsoft Teams. The tutor will use a range of different teaching methods to develop your skills. These will include a range of authentic materials, demonstration, critiquing and individual study along with other teaching methods to support your needs.

Will I have any homework?
Homework is not compulsory, however you are encouraged to continue practising between lessons.

What will I need to provide?
Please bring a pen, pencil, eraser and chalk or charcoal if you have it available. You will be given advise on other course materials by the tutor. Costs may vary depending on the projects chosen. It is recommended that you speak to the tutor prior to purchasing expensive resources. This course will be delivered online LIVE using Microsoft Teams. In order to access you will need a laptop with a camera, microphone and access to the internet using Chrome or Edge.
