This course is live online with an experienced Life Coach. What's behind your procrastination? Explore why we procrastinate and how it affects our time management in daily life and work. Discover strategies to overcome procrastination and identify tried and tested ways of managing your time more effectively for greater levels of satisfaction, while keeping healthy levels of work life balance.

This course does not lead to a qualification, is for personal development and is at beginner level in this subject.

Who is this course for?
This course is for anyone who struggles with procrastination and organising their time effectively whether at home or work; also for anyone who wants to fine-tune their existing time management skills for greater levels of productivity while maintaining a work-life balance.

Identify your areas of procrastination and your time thieves!; Explore the mechanisms behind procrastination; Gain strategies to deal with avoidance, distraction and overwhelm; Explore strategies that improve your time management skills; Learn how ‘work smarter not harder’ to maintain work life balance; Gain tips on organisation and time management techniques

How will I learn?
Tutor presentation, online group discussion, ideas and feedback in online live ‘chat’ and journal, self-reflections and personal research. Sessions will be interactive and equip participants with a range of tools for immediate application in their own lives and with others in their personal or professional life.

How will I know how well I am doing?
You will receive feedback at different points within the online workshop.

Will I need to do any work at home?
Tools and strategies learnt will be ready to apply and practise in your life.

What will I need to provide?
You will need a laptop or PC with webcam and microphone, and current operating system. internet connection, an email address and be able to access websites. A notepad and pen.
