This course will prepare you for junior and entry level accounting roles by giving you a solid foundation in finance administration - covering areas such as double entry bookkeeping and basic costing principles. To further develop your skills you can go on to study the Advanced courses and achieve the AAT Accounting Qualification.
If you are In receipt of JSA (Job Seekers Allowance), ESA - WRAG (Employment & Support Allowance), this course is free.
If you are aged between 19 - 23 and don’t already have a full Level 2 qualification, this course could be free.
If you receive Working Tax Credit (with a household income of less than £16,190), then this course could be free.
If you receive a State Benefit, except for Child Benefit or Child Tax Credit and you meet certain requirements, then this course could be free.
