Who is this course for?
Come and learn Reiki self healing techniques. Reiki is a complementry treatment which uses life force energy,the Reiki energy is channelled through the hands into your body working on energy centres called Chakras to balance the body and mind.

What can I expect to learn?

How will I learn?
Your tutor will use a number of different teaching methods to develop your skills. These will include a wide range of authentic materials, individual study, working in pairs/group activities and will include the use of video/audio.

How will I know how well I am doing?
Your Tutor will regularly discuss your progress with you and this will be recorded on your Individual Learning Plan. You will also be encouraged to record your comments in return and review your learning aims throughout the course.

What will I need to provide?
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. You may find it beneficial to bring a blanket and small pillow Water to drink Crystal pendulum (optional)
