This course offers an insight into building neuroplasticity - rewiring your brain to learn new behaviours and change negative patterns of thinking. By understanding how our brain works, discover how you can help yourself to a more positive outlook, and build a true growth mindset.

This course does not lead to a qualification, is for personal development at beginner level.

Who is the course for?
This course is suitable for anyone wishing to learn foundation concepts and techniques in building neuroplasticity.

What can I expect to learn?
You will learn concepts and basic techniques in building neuroplasticity, what it means and how improving neuroplasticity enables you to achieve positive changes to mental wellbeing and deal with stress, increasing resilience.

How will I learn?
The course will take place live online, in a virtual classroom, facilitated by a tutor. Sessions will be interactive with video and audio for tutor presentations, group discussion, group and individual activities.

How will I know how well I am doing?
Your tutor will give feedback and you will be encourage to reflect on and record your own progress.

Will I need to do any work at home?
Homework is not essential but you will be encouraged to reflect on your learning, review course notes between sessions to get the most from your course.

What will I need to provide?
You will need a laptop or PC with webcam and microphone, internet connection, an email address and be able to access websites. A notepad and pen.
