Non-native speakers who wish to progress onto customer service courses and into employment.

What can I expect to learn?
You will learn English for customer service roles, including speaking with customers and solving problems.

How will I learn?
You will learn with support from a tutor in weekly sessions, using a range of activities and resources to help you practise and improve your skills.

How will I know how well I am doing?
Your tutor will give you feedback during the course to help you understand your progress. Feedback can be spoken or written. You will also record your progress on your individual learning plan.

Will I have to do any work at home?
You will be given homework and are expected to complete it before your next session.
