This course is designed to support families in staying calm, connected, and emotionally well when children experience big feelings. Strong emotions can be overwhelming not just for children, but for the adults around them too. This programme helps parents and caregivers understand what's happening beneath the behaviour, while also learning how to protect their own wellbeing in the process. An opportunity to spend time together with your children and join in with fun learning activities. We have a lot of different activities to choose from.

Parents/carers and grandparents of children living in Essex.

Joining in with fun learning activities and games to do as a family.
