Description

A practical introduction to communicating with customers using digital tools. This course helps learners develop confidence and professionalism in customer-facing digital roles. Learning is realistic, hands-on, and clearly explained.

Who is the course for?
Adults aged 19+ who work, volunteer, or plan to work in customer-facing roles that involve digital communication.

What can I expect to learn?
You’ll practise responding to customer messages, handling enquiries, and communicating clearly online. You’ll explore how to provide good customer service using email and other digital tools.

How will I learn?
The sessions will be interactive with video and audio for tutor presentation and demonstration.The tutor will guide you through the sessions to ensure that you achieve the course outcomes.

How will I know how well I am doing?
Your tutor will give feedback as appropriate throughout the course to help you gauge your progress. Feedback may be verbal or written. You will record your progress on an individual learning plan.

Will I have to do any work at home ?
No homework will be set but it is highly recommended that all new skills are put into practice outside of the class.

What will I need to provide?
It would be helpful to bring a notepad and pen for making notes. As a learner with us, you will have access to the online version of Office 365.
