This course is live online with an experienced Life Coach. In these uncertain times, the one thing we can rely on is our internal self and our truth as guidance to move ourselves forward. This introductory course will give you a range of tools to help you evaluate where you are and gain clarity as to what you want in any area of your life. This course offers a powerful range of coaching tools and techniques to help you access your own solutions and get unstuck.

What Qualification/level is this course?
This course is for personal development and does not lead to a qualification.

Who is this course for?
This course is for anyone who would like to feel better equipped to explore and identify new solutions to old themes in their life or work. Please come with an open mind.

What can I expect to learn?
Learn how to tap into yourself to identify your own answers on issues you have been stuck on; Explore your own values and why they matter in moving forward; Gain powerful tips and strategies to help you feel more empowered; Learn how to ask the right questions to connect to your own knowledge and solutions.

How will I learn?
Tutor presentations, group discussions, journal self-reflections and personal research. Sessions will be interactive and equip participants with a range of tools for immediate application in their own lives and with others in their personal or professional life. The course will take place live online, in a virtual classroom, facilitated by a tutor. Sessions will be interactive with video and audio for tutor presentations, group discussion, group and individual activities.

How will I know how well I am doing?
There will be opportunities during the session to discuss your progress with your tutor and fellow learners and receive constructive developmental feedback to support you in achieving the most from the course. You will be encouraged to reflect on what you have learnt and provide us with feedback.

Will I need to do any work at home?
Tools and strategies learnt will be ready to apply and practise in your life.

What will I need to provide?
You will need a laptop or PC with webcam and microphone, internet connection, an email address and be able to access websites. A notepad and pen.
