Description
This course is live online with an experienced Life Coach. Self-leadership skills enable us to respond more effectively to the changing times in our lives and environments whether in the workplace, in your projects or in helping to support yourself and others. What if you were the leader of your own self? How do we develop greater mastery and independence to manage our own levels of energy and stick to our priorities? What are the barriers to taking greater initiative to make our own independent and compassionate decisions whether at work or everyday life? This course will help you activate the inner leader in you and promises to be enjoyable and empowering.

This course is for personal development and does not lead to a qualification.
Who is this course for?
Anyone who is interested in personal development and becoming an even better version of themselves for their own growth and to help others to grow. You will be gaining valuable tools with a group of like-minded people. Come with an open mind and be prepared to be inspired!

How will I learn?
Tutor presentations, group discussions, journal self-reflections and personal research. Sessions will be interactive and equip participants with a range of tools for immediate application in their own lives and with others in their personal or professional life. The course will take place live online, in a virtual classroom, facilitated by a tutor. Sessions will be interactive with video and audio for tutor presentations, group discussion, group and individual activities.
How will I know how well I am doing?
There will be opportunities during the session to discuss your progress with your tutor and fellow learners and receive constructive developmental feedback to support you in achieving the most from the course. You will be encouraged to reflect on what you have learnt and provide us with feedback.
Will I need to do any work at home?
Tools and strategies learnt will be ready to apply and practise in your life.
What will I need to provide?
You will need a laptop or PC with webcam and microphone, internet connection, an email address and be able to access websites.
A notepad and pen.
