Explore and capture feelings, thoughts and new-found wisdoms, capture and remove negative feelings. This course offers an explanation of how to journal and the studies that show how keeping a visual journal may help increase confidence and self-awareness while reducing symptoms of stress and anxiety

This course is for anyone who would like to discover journaling and how it can positively impact on your health and wellbeing.

What can I expect to learn?
You will gain an introduction to journaling. Learn how to get started in keeping a journal and understand the benefits that journalling can bring to increase confidence, self-awareness, and reduce feelings of stress and anxiety.

How will I learn?
Tutor presentations and group and individual activities in online video conference classroom, sharing ideas and contributing to discussions.

Self reflection and tutor feedback will enable you to know your progress.

Tools and strategies learnt will be ready to apply and practise in your life.

What will I need to provide?
You will need a laptop or PC with webcam and microphone, internet connection, an email address and be able to access websites. A notepad and pen.
