Explore and capture feelings, thoughts and new-found wisdoms, capture and remove negative feelings. This course offers an explanation of how to journal and the studies that show how keeping a visual journal may help increase confidence and self-awareness while reducing symptoms of stress and anxiety

What can I expect to learn?
You will gain an introduction to journaling. Learn how to get started in keeping a journal
and understand the benefits that journalling can bring to increase confidence, self-awareness, and reduce feelings of stress and anxiety.

Tutor presentations and group and individual activities in online video conference classroom, sharing ideas and contributing to discussions.
