Who is this course for?
The Keratin Blowdry Course is designed for hairstylists and beauty professionals looking to enhance their skills in keratin treatments and blowout techniques. This course will cover the principles of keratin treatments, the benefits of keratin for hair, and the step-by-step process of performing a keratin blowout. Participants will learn how to achieve smooth, frizz-free hair using keratin products and professional blow-drying methods.

What can I expect to Learn?
Understand the science behind keratin treatments and their effects on the hair. Learn the proper application techniques for keratin products during a blowdry. Practice blow-drying methods to achieve a sleek and polished finish. Identify different types of keratin treatments and their suitability for various hair types. Master the art of heat styling and finishing touches for a professional keratin blowdry

How will I learn?
Your tutor will use a number of different teaching methods to develop your skills. These will include a wide range of authentic materials, individual study, working in pairs/group activities and will include the use of video/audio. You will also have the opportunity to use online learning technologies to develop your skills.

How will I know how well I am doing?
Learners with the tutor will complete; • An Initial Assessment Questionnaire • Confidential Health Questionnaire • An Individual Learning Plan (RARPA) Progression will be monitored by the course tutor, and reviewed with the learner at the end of this introductory course. If learners have any doubts about their personal health and/or fitness they should consult their GP prior to enrolling and inform the tutor at the first session of any medical condition that may affect their progress.
