Description

Develop your skills in digital design using Canva and explore your creativity to produce your own unique products.

What will happen on my first session?
You will be assessed for both your digital and art skills and will negotiate objectives with your tutor.

Who is this course for?
This course is for those who are confident in using digital skills within art and would like to develop more advanced skills. It is suitable for learners who have experience of art and for beginners.

What can I expect to learn?
You will apply a range of digital skills in your artwork and learn how to use Canva to create digital designs, including the incorporation of your own work into designs. You will develop your understanding of the use of AI in art.

How will I know how I am progressing?
You will negotiate personal art objectives with your tutor at the start of the course, in addition to digital objectives. You will be provided with verbal and written feedback throughout the course and will be expected to collect a digital portfolio of your work.

Will I have any homework?
Your tutor will set you tasks to complete between sessions to enable you to further apply skills you have learnt.

What will I need to provide?
Please bring to the first session a notepad and a pen and pencil. Your tutor will advise you if you are required to purchase any other materials and you are advised not to make expensive purchases prior to the course start.
