Develop your practical saxophone skills and your understanding of music theory in this engaging course . This course is suitable for beginners or those with some experience. Own saxophone is required.

This course is for all learners who wish to return to playing the saxophone or who have had some knowledge of the instrument in the past.
What can I expect to learn?
Learners will develop their performance skills and ensemble playing, as well as developing their sightreading skills and knowledge of theory.
How will I learn?
The course will consist of an informal mix of group activities.
How will I know how well I am doing?
The music will be for mixed abilities and there will be the opportunity to progress to more challenging parts.
Will I have to do any work at home?
Yes, some practice is necessary if progress is to be achieved
What will I need to provide?
A saxophone, writing materials, a stand for music (if possible but not essential)

Books are recommended during the course but not essential to the course.
