Feeling low, or anxious, or struggling to focus on one thing at a time, or life feels a bit too much? We hear you! Trust us, you are not alone.

Come and join our 'Wellbeing Art' sessions with other like minded people . Each session we will be discussing different elements of wellbeing, and strategies we can use to help us to feel calm, focussed, grateful and more! All abilities welcome, from absolute beginner. You will not be expected to arrive as a confident artist, this is about learning art techniques to support your wellbeing and being around others who 'get it' The sessions will cover a different technique each time.

Please note this course is for adults only, but will include techniques to share with your family at home.

What is this course about?
Our wellbeing art sessions focus on what wellbeing is, the benefits, how you can build this in to your day, and how to use art as a method of improving your wellbeing. We host a variety of sessions that cover different art techniques, as well as wellbeing, mindfulness and feeling calm. Come and join us on more than one of our sessions!

Who is the course for?
This is a community based learning session and is open to anyone living in Essex.

What can I expect to learn?
What wellbeing is and how to get to the state of being comfortable, healthy and happy.

How will I learn?
The sessions will be facilitated by the tutor in an informal and relaxed environment at a venue local to you.

How will I know how well I am doing?
You will be given tutor feedback at the end of each task. The tutor will work with you to support you with any individual issues that you may be experiencing.

Will I have to do any work at home ?
There will be tasks set to do with your child and then to report back to your tutor.

What will I need to provide?
Paper and pen.

Are there any other costs?
There are no extra costs associated with this course.

When you finish this course we will provide you with details about what programmes you can move on to next.
