This course will help you understand what ADHD is and how you can help yourself to manage this.
Who is the course for?
This course is for adults with or without an ADHD diagnosis living in Essex.
What can I expect to learn?
This session will help you to live with your diagnosis, understand what happens next at workas well as useful tips and tricks to get the best out of your ADHD strengths.
How will I learn?
The sessions will be facilitated by the tutor in an informal and relaxed environment.
How will I know how well I am doing?
You will be given tutor feedback at the end of each task. The tutor will work with you to support you with any individual issues that you may be experiencing.
Will I have to do any work at home ?
You will be given tips and solutions to try out at home.
What will I need to provide?
All resources and materials will be provided for you.
