Description
Please do not enrol if you are not a member of staff at Next Chapter.
3 sessions for staff covering self care, relaxation techniques, craft for wellbeing plus community engagement to talk about what we offer. 3 groups of approx 20 staff to rotate through sessions.
What is this course about?
Our wellbeing sessions focus on what wellbeing is, the benefits, how you can build this in to your day, and how to use art as a method of improving your wellbeing.
Who is the course for?
This course is for parents/carers and grandparents of school aged children living in Essex.
What can I expect to learn?
What wellbeing is and how to get to the state of being comfortable, healthy, and happy.
How will I learn?
The sessions will be facilitated by the tutor in an informal and relaxed environment at a venue local to you.
How will I know how well I am doing?
You will be given tutor feedback at the end of each task. The tutor will work with you to support you with any individual issues that you may be experiencing.
Will I have to do any work at home?
There will be tasks set to do with your child and then to report back to your tutor.
