Designed for enthusiasts who want to explore and develop their artistic skills across three distinct mediums: drawing, painting, and printmaking. Providing a comprehensive introduction to each technique, encouraging creativity and self-expression through hands-on practice and expert guidance.

Suitable for adults of all skill levels, from beginners to those with some experience in art, who are interested in exploring and developing their artistic abilities in drawing, painting, and printmaking.

What can I expect to learn?
By the end of the course learners will be able to: Explore the fundamental techniques in drawing, painting, and printmaking. Apply different materials and tools used in each medium. Develop skills in composition, colour theory, and artistic expression. Gain confidence in experimenting with various artistic styles and techniques. Research a range of artists and printmakers.

The tutor will give you feedback throughout the course.

Will I have any homework?
Homework is not set but you are encouraged to practise outside of the course.

What will I need to provide?
You will need to wear an apron. The tutor will advise of materials required dependent on your chosen project/s.
