What can I expect to learn?
You will have the freedom to work on your own art projects with guidance and expertise from a professional artist. By the end of the course you will gain skills and knowledge in: 1. Fundamentals of Drawing: Introduction to basic drawing techniques using various media such as pencil, charcoal, and ink. 2. Exploring Mixed Media: Combining traditional drawing with other media, including collage, paint, and digital tools. 3. Creative Projects: Development of personal projects that integrate multiple media and techniques. 4. Art History and Theory: Study of key art movements and their influence on contemporary mixed media practices. 5. Professional Practice: Building a portfolio, understanding the art market, and preparing for exhibitions.

How will I know how I am progressing?
The tutor will give you feedback throughout the course.

Will I have any homework?
Homework is not set but you are encouraged to practise outside of the course.

What will I need to provide?
You will need to wear an apron. The tutor will advise of materials required dependent on your chosen project/s.
