Description
Come along and learn some lifesaving techniques to keep your family safe. This Family First Aid session is suitable for adults only. Learn how to perform CPR, how to deal with choking, burns and poisoning and common childhood medical concerns.

This is a First Aid course to support you with administering first aid to children.

This course is for anyone living in Essex.
What can I expect to learn?
First Aid workshop to explore many different topics to include choking and CPR.
How will I learn?
The sessions will be facilitated online by the tutor in an informal and relaxed environment.
How will I know how well I am doing?
You will be given tutor feedback at the end of each task. The tutor will work with you to support you with any individual issues that you may be experiencing.
Will I have to do any work at home ?
You may get some ideas on the course that you can try out at home.
