Designed to introduce learners to essential interpersonal skills that can be applied in various contexts, including work, learning, and personal situations. The qualification is assessed through an internally assessed and externally quality assured portfolio of evidence, ensuring that learners can demonstrate their understanding and application of the skills learned

What can I expect to Learn?
By the end of the course learners will have:
An understand of the basics of digital literacy, including how to use various digital tools and platforms efficiently.
How to communicate confidently and effectively in digital environments, including email, social media, and virtual meetings.
Gain knowledge about staying safe online, protecting personal information, and understanding digital ethics.
Apply digital skills in real-world scenarios, such as creating and sharing digital content and collaborating online.
How will I learn?
A range of teaching and learning activities including tutor presentations and group and individual discussion and activities with reference to online resources.
How will I know how well I am doing?
Tutor feedback, evaluation activities and self-reflection will enable you to understand your progress. Assessment will be on-going throughout the course linked to an individual learning plan to be regularly updated with learner and tutor feedback.
Will I need to do extra work at home?
Yes you will be encouraged to reflect on your learning each week and practice your new skills. Undertake research into learning resources and internet links to further information that supports learning between sessions.
What will I need to provide?
A notepad and pen for notetaking. It will be useful to have access to a laptop, digital tablet and/or a Smart phone.
