3 workshops which will provide a Toolkit for aspiring or current Managers,Supervisors and Team Leaders who would like to develop their knowledge and skills in Negotiating, Conflict and Change Managment. Who is the course for?
Aspiring, new or current managers/team leaders/ supervisors wanting to develop strong leadership knowledge and skills, which are essential for providing guidance, direction and instruction to lead more effective teams whilst keeping employees motivated.
This course would also be suitable for those wishing to build confidence, and/or those returning to work and/or those wishing to gain employment.

Your tutor will use a number of different teaching and learning activities, for example; Discussions in groups/pairs, question and answers, research
How will I know how well I am doing?
Your tutor will monitor your progress throughout the course and you will receive direct verbal feedback during session activities.
You and your tutor will complete an individual learning plan, part of this requires you to complete a learning log at the end of each session and your tutor will provide you with written feedback on your progress and any areas for development.
Will I have to do work at home?
Your tutor may set you some reading/ research or activities to carry out during the week to enable you to put your learning into practice.
What will I need to provide?
Pen and paper/pad for taking notes.
