Tips and strategies to help your child with the transition to school. Learn how you can help your child and the school over the summer holidays to be school ready. A follow up session has been planned for September 2025 to answer any further questions or help with ongoing issues)
What is this course about?
An opportunity to spend time together with your children and join in with fun learning activities. We have a lot of different activities to choose from.
Who is the course for?
This course is for parents/carers and grandparents of children living in Essex.
What can I expect to learn?
Joining in with fun learning activities and games to do as a family.
How will I learn?
The sessions will be facilitated by the tutor in an informal and relaxed environment.
How will I know how well I am doing?
You will be given tutor feedback at the end of each task. The tutor will work with you to support you with any individual issues that you may be experiencing.
Will I have to do any work at home?
This session will give you ideas of other fun activities you do at home together as a family.
What will I need to provide?
All materials will be provided within the session.
